April’s Perfume of the Month - Annick Goutal Rose Absolue
In what will hopefully become a regular feature on Boutique Perfumes News, every month we will find a perfume to call our “Perfume of the Month”, and let you know what we think of it.
We’ll begin with our best selling perfume on Boutique Perfumes - Annick Goutal Rose Absolue.
Rose Absolue is one of the classic fragrances by Annick Goutal, and it’s simple, it’s name means “Absolute Rose” in English, and it’s name matches what it’s contains. One ingredient. Roses.
Deep and powdery, this fragrance released in 1984 is a unique amalgamation of a number of the world’s finest roses from Europe & Africa. A floral base note is formed by sweet and fragrant roses from Bulgaria, Morocco, Turkey & Eygpt. The deep powdery smell is formed by the mid and top notes of the Damask Rose from Syria and the May Rose from North Africa, these mid notes last for a remarkably long time, that gives a sweet smelling fragrance that lingers on and on.
We have further information on this classic fragrance on this site if you check out the Annick Goutal Rose Absolue Review on the site, or you can buy Annick Goutal Rose Absolue on Boutique Perfumes.
